It follows the traditional Vajrayana Buddhist practices of the Gelug school, including daily worship services of chanting, prostrations, and offerings of mandalas. During the morning Puja, the main chant, which is a selection from the Ngondro, is recited, and the monks and nuns offer various traditional offerings on a shrine, such as incense, water, and grains.
