The Roman Catholic Diocese of Belize is a diocese of the Latin Church of the Catholic Church. It is part of the ecclesiastical province of Panamá and was established as an apostolic vicariate on 10 May 1958, and was elevated to a diocese on 21 June 1983. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Belize.
