Kostel Bozh'yego Tela, also known as the Church of the Body of God, is a Russian Orthodox church located in St. Petersburg. It is known for its unique architecture and is the city’s oldest surviving church. Construction of the church began in 1768 and it was completed in 1770. The church features a five-domed cupola and is comprised of a main altar, four side chapels, and a vestibule. Inside the main altar, visitors can find a copy of the Betrayal of Christ painted by Alexei Venetsianov. The church also has a bell-tower, which was added in 1810. Kostel Bozh'yego Tela holds services every Sunday and is open to visitors throughout the year.
