History
The Church of Saint Ascylus and Saint Victoria in Andorra is one of the oldest churches in Andorra. It was built in the 12th century, during the rule of Count Ashkelon, and it remains one of the country's main religious centers today. The original building was destroyed during the 17th century War of the Reapers, but was rebuilt in 1649 by the bishop of Urgell, Gaspar de Canellas.
