1. Vaccination requirements:

- Fully vaccinated travelers can enter Finland without the need for quarantine or testing.

- The vaccine must be approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or World Health Organization (WHO).

2. Testing requirements:

- Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers must provide a negative COVID-19 test result.
