Once upon a time, on the high mountain pass of Dochula, a lone traveler decided to stop and rest before continuing his journey. He stretched out in the grass and was soon fast asleep.
Suddenly, he awoke to a strange sound in the air - it sounded like a whisper coming from all around him. He sat up and looked around, confused by what he was hearing. Suddenly, a chill ran down his spine as he realized a figure was standing in the distance, shrouded in darkness.
His heart raced as he watched the figure slowly move closer, its face hidden in the shadows. As it approached, the whispers intensified until it was so loud he could hear every word. It was the spirits of those who had died in the pass, lamenting their circumstances and pleading to be set free.
The figure stretched out its hand to him and he instinctively reached out to take it. Just as their hands touched, a violent gust of wind blew through, driving him back as the figure vanished into the night.
