Temple Rodokpe is an ancient temple located in the village of Kamina, in northern Togo. It is believed to have been built in the 15th century during the reign of the Mamprusi Kings, by their ancestors the Gomantong. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Togo.

Temple Rodokpe is made up of three large mud houses, which are connected to each other and form a large central courtyard. There is a central altar in the courtyard, which is dedicated to the worship of ancestors. The temple is also adorned with several totemic figures, and is believed to be a symbol of the Mamprusi people’s traditional beliefs.

Temple Rodokpe is used for traditional ceremonies, such as weddings and funerals. The temple is also seen as a place for spiritual healing and guidance.
