It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Entreprise de l'Eau du Plateau Togolais (EEPTF), the publicly owned national water utility. It is responsible for providing potable water to the inhabitants of Ahadji-Kpota as well as in nearby villages. The company is mainly funded by the Togolese government and is regulated by the Ministerial Decree of 22 October 1999.
