Nunasai Sivan Temple is dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva. Religious worship is conducted by priests and devotees in accordance with the Hindu religious rituals. Pujas are held daily in the morning and evening, where offerings such as flowers, fruit, incense, and coconuts are made to the deity. Festivals are celebrated throughout the year including the Maha Shivaratri, Navaratri and Karthigai Deepam. During the festivals, special prayers and pujas are conducted. If you are coming from Colombo, you can take the E03 Expressway to Kurunegala and turn onto the A20 Expressway. From there, take the B121 Highway towards Sandilipay, and then turn off onto the B109 Road.
