St. John the Baptist Greek Catholic Cathedral is a historically important Gothic–Baroque Catholic church in the city of Spišské Podhradie, Slovakia. It is the episcopal seat of the Greek Catholic Eparchy of the Presov, a diocese of the Byzantine Catholic Church in communion with the Roman Catholic Church.The Cathedral dates to the 14th century and is a focal point of the city's historic center, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Cathedral has undergone extensive renovations, including a restoration of its 19th century neo-baroque façade. Mass is held there daily and services are held on major Catholic holidays. The Cathedral houses a small museum of religious art, including a collection of paintings from the 15th to 19th centuries.
