The Evangelical Congregational Church of Samoa (EFKS/CCCS Faleu) is a Christian denomination and one of two branches of the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa in Samoa. It is the largest non-governmental Christian denomination in the country and the largest indigenous Christian denomination in the Pacific Islands. The EFKS/CCCS Faleu was officially formed in 1932 through a merger of the Congregational Christian Church (CCC) and the Free Wesleyan Church of Samoa (FWCS). As of 2020, the denomination comprises more than 360 congregations and approximately 70,000 people, or 11 percent of the population of Samoa. The EFKS/CCCS Faleu is a member of the World Council of Churches, the Pacific Conference of Churches, and other international faith-based organisations. The denomination is headquartered in the village of Letiu, Lotofaga, on the main island of Upolu. The church is led by an 'apostle', or mālō, who is elected for a term of five years. The current mālō, Mālō Tevaga II, was elected in 2021. The EFKS/CCCS Faleu has three major seminaries, located in Letiu, Apia, and Siumu. The denomination also has an orphanage and a Boys' Home at Letiu. The EFKS/CCCS Faleu is active in social outreach and material assistance to those in need.
