Chiesa di Santo Stefano degli Abissini is a Roman Catholic church located in Rome, Italy. The church was built in 1702 and is dedicated to Saint Stephen of the Abyssinians. It is located just outside the city walls between the Via Salaria and Via Tiburtina. The church was originally built for Ethiopian Orthodox worshippers, but today it caters to Ethiopian Orthodox, Ethiopian Catholic and Latin Catholic worshippers. The church is often referred to as the "Church of the Abyssinians" as they represent the largest population of worshippers in the parish. Services are held in both Italian and Ethiopian languages on Sundays and weekdays. The church also offers a variety of spiritual, educational and cultural activities.
