History:

is the history of the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism in Poland. The school was founded in 2005 by the very Venerable Karma Lodro Thubten Rinpoche, and since then it has grown to become the largest Buddhist school in Poland. Khyenkong Karma Kagyu Poland is one of the few organizations offering regular teachings in English and Polish, and is guided by its two abbots, the Very Venerable Kyabje Wera Karmapa, and the Very Venerable Khenpo Nawang Kunga. The school also offers various meditation retreats and initiations, Dharma talks and lectures, and many other activities. It is one of the best churches in Poland which you must visit.

1. Khyenkong Karma Kagyu is a School of Vajrayana Buddhism, originated in the 11th century by the Indian Yogi Tilopa and passed on by Naropa to his student Marpa the translator. 2. Kamtsang Kagyu, also known as the Seven Lineage of the Profound Teachings, is one of the oldest and most well-known lineages of the tantric tradition within Tibetan Buddhism. 3. In Poland, the Khyenkong pillar was founded by Lama Zopa Rinpoche in 2000 with the beginning of the Lama Shedrub Dargye Ling center in Bialystok. 4. Khyenkong Karma Kagyu Poland offers a number of services to those interested in learning more about Tibetan Buddhist teachings. These include meditation classes, workshops and retreats, spiritual teachings and guidance, and a library with a wide range of materials on Buddhist philosophy and practices. Additionally, the center organizes lectures, courses and conferences on Buddhist philosophy and practice, and sponsors an annual Maitreya Festival in October to celebrate the Dalai Lama’s visit to Poland.
