The Iglesia Belén Pentecostal Libre Del Paraguay (IBPLP) is a Pentecostal Christian church in Paraguay that is a Filial ("branch") of CDE in the Iglesia Belén Pentecostal Libre “La Filial” (IBPLP-LF) founded by Pastor Fabio Noguera in 1995. Since its inception, the church has been growing and expanding its reach across the country with strong teams of committed congregants and pastors. The mission of IBPLP-LF is to bring to everyone the message of God’s love, embracing and implementing a way of life that is centered around Jesus Christ as its primary model. As an Evangelical faith-based organization, its fundamental responsibilities are to operate out of faith, love, and humility, and to stay consistent with each doctrinal principle of the church; these principles include the centrality of the Bible, the power of forgiveness, the necessity for baptism, and justification by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
