Diócesis Iglesia Episcopal De Panamá is a diocese of the Episcopal Church in Panama. It is part of the Province IX of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America. The diocese includes four congregations in Panama and one in Honduras. The diocese was founded by Bishop John K. Lemmon in 1968 and is now presided over by Bishop Julio Cesar Chirino. Its mission is to be an evangelizing, Christ-centered presence in Latin America and to provide church-related services to its people. The diocese engages in educational, health, and social ministries to the people in the region and provides pastoral care, spiritual formation, and outreach services to its members. It also promotes interfaith dialogue and ecumenical cooperation with other Christian churches and organizations in the region.
