Fantoft Stave Church was built sometime around 1150. It was originally located in Fortun, a village in Sogn og Fjordane. It was moved to the Fantoft Farm area in 1883 and restored to its original condition. It has been damaged by fire, twice, in the past. The first fire happened in 1992 and the second in 2015.
