The church is part of the United Pentecostal Church of Bellevue and has a congregation that ranges from 200-250 people. History Cornerstone Tabernacle was founded in 2001 by Pastor Andrew Smith, who is also the current senior pastor. Pastor Smith had an ambition to reach out to Bellevue, which led him to found the church. At first, the church only held services on Saturday nights, but soon after started having weekly services. Facts Cornerstone Tabernacle is one of the largest United Pentecostal Church in the Bellevue area and the only one to offer regular services. The church has a growing congregation of 200-250.
