Cornerstone Tabernacle was founded in 2001 by Pastor Andrew Smith, who is also the current senior pastor. Pastor Smith had an ambition to reach out to Bellevue, which led him to found the church. At first, the church only held services on Saturday nights, but soon after started having weekly services.
