Gurudwara Shri Sis Ganj Sahib follows the Sikh tradition of Langar, or the communal free kitchen that provides free meals to all pilgrims. The whole Guru Granth Sahib (the holy Sikh scriptures) is read in its entirety beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset every day. A special ritual called Palki Sahib, which is the procession of the Guru Granth Sahib is performed twice a day, once early morning and again in the evening.
