Fiangonana Loterana Malagasy (FLM) is a Christian denomination in Madagascar, founded in 1837 by French Protestant missionaries. It is the largest Protestant denomination in the country, representing some 40% of all Protestants in Madagascar. FLM has been involved in economic, social and spiritual development, and has initiated several holistic initiatives, aiming to bring together the various Christian denominations in the country, with a common mission to serve the disadvantaged. FLM’s mission is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Madagascar and to facilitate the growth of evangelistic and church planting activities in the country. FLM has established several programs to fulfill this purpose, such as rural development, education, healthcare and training, and church and worship services. It also supports humanitarian and development projects throughout Madagascar.
