The worship of Shri Raghunath Mandir Ramban in Jammu-and-Kashmir follows the ritualistic traditions of Hinduism. The temple compound has a large courtyard where devotees come to perform puja (prayer and offering rituals to Hindu gods and goddesses). Prasad (offered food and sweets to the deity) is distributed to everyone present during the puja. Saffron flag, representing Lord Rama, is flown in the temple. Devotees light oil lamps, accompanied by mantras and aarti songs. Offerings of fruit, flowers, incense sticks and coins are made to the deity.
