St Aidan's Church is a Roman Catholic parish located in the Lowertown neighborhood of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1924 and is the oldest Catholic Church in Ottawa. History:

St Aidan's Church originated as a mission of the Basilian Fathers from their Paris, Ontario location. In 1924 St. Aidan's parish was founded, with the first Mass being celebrated in a hall located on Daly Avenue. In 1937, the current rectory and church were completed, using limestone from a quarry on the Rideau Canal to construct the rectory, which includes a hall, convent and chapel.
