Worship Method:
The traditional daily worship ritual in Shri Swaminarayan Mandir – Anand, Gujarat is known as Abhishek Puja. This ritual invokes the blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and seeks invocation of Shri Dev Murti and His divine presence in Shri Hari Mandir. Abhishek Puja usually begins with Vedic mantras, as the Pujari offers water, milk, sandalwood paste, and various ingredients such as turmeric, flowers, and flowers. There are also hymns, prayers, and chants. It is then followed by the Aarti, and the Pujari offers Prasad to devotees.
