Fermetor was born in Addis Ababa in 1964, and converted to Christianity by the Gospel of Matthew. By the request of friends and fellow-believers, Rev.Fermetor began to preach the gospel and in 1981 established Paul CHRIST’S GOSPEL International Church In Ethiopia in Addis Ababa. The Church has grown among the believers of Ethiopia as the leading evangelical church in the country. The Church stands for its strong commitment to Biblical principles and faith-filled teachings. To date, the church has grown to over 50 local assemblies and ministries in different cities in Ethiopia, such as Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Dire Dawa, Gondar and Debre Markos.
