Worship Method:

The main worship method of the Temple of Amun at Sehel Island in Egypt was a daily ritual of offering, called “kuaset.” This ceremony was performed at the entrance of the temple. A priest presented incense and a regular offering of milk and honey to a sacred statuette of the deity, Amun. This ritual was to appease the deity in order to receive blessing or protection. The Temple of Amun also had a sacrifice ritual which was performed with goats and other animals. These animals were presented as gifts to the god as a sign of respect and devotion.
