Also destroyed in this attack was the original St. Peter and Paul church. It was rebuilt in 1420, along with the convent, which were rebuilt in the same Romanesque style. In the 17th century, the church was completely redesigned and rebuilt in a Baroque style. Again, in the 19th century, the church went through a major renovation, now taking on a Neo-Gothic style. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Czechia.
