CMCI DAMASE CENTER In Cameroon: History,Facts, & Services

CMCI Damase Center is a non-profit center for research and education located in Douala, Cameroon. The center specializes in public health, sustainable development and environmental protection. Founded in 2012, it is supported by the Cameroonian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO). The center's mission is to support the Cameroonian government to address health and development challenges in the country. It has two main research and field projects: the Sustainable Development Research Centre and the Environment and Health Research Centre. The center has developed a variety of programs, such as the "Damase School Health Project" and the "Damase School Forest Project". It has also created the "Greentech Lab", which focuses on developing innovative clean energy solutions. The CMCI Damase Center has served more than 10,000 people in Cameroon, providing access to quality healthcare, promoting environmental protection, and supporting sustainable development initiatives.
