Igreja de São Roque in Rabil is a Roman Catholic church located in the parish of São Roque in the Portuguese municipality of Santa Cruz, on the island of Santiago. It was built in the 16th century and is dedicated to Saint Roch. The church is a landmark in the city of Rabil and is one of the most important tourist attractions of the Auto da Fé trilogy, alongside the Church of the Convent of the Crucifixion and the Church of Santiago de Compostela. The church has an austere façade, decorated with small ovolo arches inspired by the Manueline style. Inside its naves, It contains several works of art and several funeral tombstones with baroque motifs. Its main treasure is a Gothic baptismal font situated in its main nave. It also houses a large relic of Saint Jose of Antioch, which was suspended from the ceiling of the main nave. The parish also offers several religious services, including weddings and baptisms.
