ÉGLISE JÉRUSALEM is a French term for Jerusalem Church and is a Protestant non-denominational Christian mega-church located in Paris, France. The church is internationally renowned for its passionate Sunday services and is arguably the most significant church in France. It was founded in 1962 in a former orphanage by the charismatic Anglican-Lutheran pastor Albert Bayard, who wanted to create a church of global fellowship. Since then, the church has grown substantially and now hosts approximately 1,500 worshipers from more than 241 countries each Sunday. History:

 Albert Bayard was born in Paris and educated at undergraduate schools of divinity in the United States. In 1962, he started the ÉGLISE JÉRUSALEM with 27 members. The inspired pastor quickly attracted the attention of then-President Charles de Gaulle, and the French government, supported the church and allowed it to expand and modernize. By 1975, the church had grown to over 3,000 members. ÉGLISE JÉRUSALEM This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Burkina Faso.
