, the Conservative Presbyterian Church (IPB) was founded in 1976 by two former missionary families. It is a branch of the Presbyterian Church in America and part of the World Reformed Fellowship. The church is committed to the Westminster Confession of Faith and its ministers have been trained in conservative seminaries in the United States. The IPB has more than 100 congregations throughout Brazil, with a strong commitment to evangelism and to meeting the spiritual, social, physical, and economic needs of local communities.
