Namur Cathedral, also known as the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Namur, is a Roman Catholic church in Namur, Belgium. It was built in the 12th century and is one of the most important historical religious monuments in the city. It served as the seat of the Bishopric of Namur until the 19th century. The cathedral is regarded as one of the largest Romanesque churches in Belgium, and its interior features a choir, four tall towers, combined with extensive decorations from the Gothic era.

The first known reference to a church in Namur is from 747, when Charles Martel granted it to the Abbey of St. Servais in Maastricht. Archaeological evidences have shown that the site was occupied by a church since the 10th century. The present building was constructed at the end of the 12th century, likely in the 1180’s. The church was completed in 1264, and a steeple was added in the 15th century. The building was considerably damaged several times during its history, especially during the 16th century, when it was ravaged by French and Spanish troops during the French Wars of Religion.
