The main form of worship at the Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple in Vemulawada is known as "the Kaumara Prapada Vrata". This form of worship involves chants and a symbolic offering in which devotees offer flowers, fruits, milk, curd, sesame, coconut, and camphor. Devotees also light lamps and incense and perform a pradakshina (circumambulation) around the temple to offer prayers to the deity.
