The primary worship style of Gurudwara Shri Keshgarh Sahib includes hymn singing, recitation of holy scriptures, kirtan (group singing), prayer, and meditation. Worship is presented in the form of congregational singing, often based on the compositions of advanced Sikh religious leaders, the Gurus. Services begin with the hymn “Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh” and end with “Ek Onkar” (“God is One”).
