The method of worship at Gugga Jahar Peer temple is similar to most Hinduism temples. Devotees first enter the temple, take a bath or wash their hands and feet with the holy water near the temple. Then, they proceed to offer their prayers by ringing the bell, lighting the diya (oil lamp) and offering flowers. Following this, they perform the arti (worship offering) by clapping their hands and singing praises to Lord Gugga Ji.
