History:

The Baijnath Temple in Kangra follows the Shaivite style of worship. Pilgrims and devotees visit the temple to offer prayers and seek blessings at various timings throughout the day. The temple priests start their day with morning aarti at 4:00 a.m. and the temple remains open until 8:00 p.m. Different rituals including the Abhisheka are also performed throughout the day.
