But as soon as she started to walk, an inhuman growl reverberated through the silence, as if coming from the walls itself. Amber froze in terror, her heart pounding in her chest like a drum. Realizing that the only way out was through the haunted depths of the library, she forced herself to search even though every step seemed to bring her closer to a fate far worse than death.

The Lagos State University Library was established in 1989 when the University opened. It is located in the main campus of the University at Ojo in Lagos State and operates under the administration of the University's Directorate of Academic Services. The library serves as a research, information and reference hub for the academic programmes of the University and its community.
The library currently boasts of a collection of more than 30,000 volumes of books, journals, magazines, CDs, DVDs, microforms and other materials, both in hard and soft copy formats. The collection covers a wide range of subjects like Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, History, Science & Technology, Law, Medicine, Management, Marketing & Banking and so much more.
