Suddenly, the doors of the morgue slammed open, revealing a multitude of corpses that had come to life and were slowly lumbering out of the room!Dr. Akande was frozen in place with terror as he stared at the horrific site in front of him. He recognized some of the bodies as patients who had died in the hospital, but he couldn’t believe it. He managed to compose himself and slowly backed away from the room full of reanimated corpses.He quickly sprinted back towards the exit of the hospital, planning on finding help. However, he soon realized that the whole hospital was under attack. Corpses were roaming and attacking the living, and it felt like chaos was unfolding everywhere he looked.Dr. Akande had to act fast if he wanted to survive the night. He ran to the Emergency Department of the hospital and saw a small group of doctors and nurses huddled around a patient who was in the midst of a bloody seizure. He quickly ran towards the group and asked them what was happening.One of the nurses told Dr. Akande that something had gone terribly wrong in the morgue. An experiment conducted by the hospital and city officials had resulted in the violent reanimation of corpses in the morgue.Dr. Akande and the hospital staff decided to work together to survive the night and stem the tide of reanimated corpses that were taking over the hospital. As the night wore on, it became clear that exhaustion was setting in, and there was only so much they could do to hold back the undead.Finally, just before sunrise, the nightmare was over as the last of the undead were dispatched and life slowly returned to normal at Lagos Island General Hospital. But the hospital would be forever changed by the horror of that night.
