The school campus was situated on four acres of land in the Niagara gorge. There were seven greenhouses arranged to create an environment conducive to learning, with experience in pest control management, propagation, and research and development. The school also had a large display area, hayfield, and soil laboratory.The curriculum at the school included such topics as plant taxonomy, pest control, green roof technology, turf maintenance, landscape design, and business management. Students were able to gain valuable hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining, and managing a variety of garden settings.
