Ndejje University was founded in 1988 as Ndejje Technical Community College. The college was founded to provide specialized technical training and was recognized as a tertiary institution in 1995 by the Government of Uganda, under the Ministry of Education and Sports. The University received its charter from the Parliament of Uganda in 2007.Ndejje University is a higher institution located in Wakiso District, Central Uganda.
