Old St. Thomas Church is the only surviving example of an Anglican parish church from the 19th century in the District of Muskoka. It is located on Ontario Street in Bracebridge, Ontario and is the seat of the Bracebridge parish of the Anglican Church of Canada.
Built between 1859 and 1860, the Gothic Revival building is characterised by a cruciform plan, crenellated parapets, pointed-arch windows, and a six-storey tower. It was designed by Toronto architect William Hay and produced a uniquely pleasing effect for Bracebridge. The interior displays some of the building's original Gothic Revival features.
The frame building is clapboarded and includes a stained-glass window in the chancel depicting the Ascension of Christ. The church was originally located on the north shore of the Muskoka River, but was relocated to its present location in 1913.
