How to Get to Jomtien Beach

Most tourists usually fly to Utapao Airport on their way to the coastal city. From the airport, you can choose to use public transport or a taxi. It is anticipated that using a bus or minibus will usually be much cheaper than using a taxi. The downside to public transportation is that you may not throw it at the hotel where you are staying, which can be quite an inconvenience. Taxis, on the other hand, can take you to your desired destination, but then you have to get rid of more money.

By Air: Utapao International Airport (UTP) is the nearest airport to Jomtien Beach. It is almost 40 km from the beach. Airport Pattaya Bus runs an hourly bus between Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Jomtien Beach.

By Bus: Frequent bus services are provided from Bangkok’s North Bus Terminal – Mo Chit and East Bus Station – to Ekamai. These buses from Pattaya provide access to the nearby provincial city and long-distance roads. Jomtien usually follows this path.

By Public or Local Transport: Urban and suburban services are mainly provided by blue singers. Or you can rent metered taxis and air-conditioned vans with private rentals to reach Jomtien Beach.
